DELEGATE & VISITOR ACCOMODATION FOR THE CONVENTION:

First-class accomodation is available for Convention delegates and visitors at a vast number of top-starred airport hotels, as the main Convention venue (UTM, Mississauga) is only minutes from Lester B. Pearson airport. We selected this venue particularly keeping in mind the convenience both for the Convention's great number of international visitors, as well as the accessibility for the large number of Goans who reside in Mississauga - the second largest Goan population group in the world outside of Goa!

HOTEL ACCOMODATION NEAR THE CONVENTION VENUE:

At this time, a number of hotel chains are negotiating with us to offer delegates a preferred room-rate for the Convention week,  which will be competitive enough, though a little higher, than the rates available at the Convention venue. However, the hotels generally offer a number of serviced perks like complimentary continental breakfast, newspaper, shuttle transport, valet-parking, etc, whilst accomodation at the venue is self-serviced.

Competitive hotel room rates for us, will be finalised by 31 January, 2008. We have agreed on this date to give as many a number of delegates as possible to urgently make a provisional Convention booking with us, so the hotels will be able to offer us a better rate depending on the number of delegates/rooms booked*. The minimum discount available will be 10% of the summer rates, which you may check for a number of the hotels recommended here:

ACCOMODATION IN-HOUSE AT THE CONVENTION VENUE:
